Privacy Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that we only accept returns for valid reasons, such as defects or damages to the item upon receipt. We do not accept returns for aesthetic reasons, including issues with the color of the item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
